The Atlas 35 stem was developed to reduce the weight of the overall system while maintaining the proven rigidity and performance of the well-known Atlas line. 

The measurably greater rigidity compared to systems with 31.8 mm clamping does not only come from the massive and aggressive design of the stem. 

A lower overall weight in connection with the 35er handlebar confirms the advantages of the oversize construction, which does not have to shy away from enduro, downhill or freeride use.
